Telemarketing Executive Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities:
- Make regular outbound calls to potential customers.
- Promote and share information about our products and services.
- Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
- Perform customized target requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Required language(s): Fluency in Malay, English & Mandarin.
- Basic operation knowledge on Microsoft Words, Excel & PowerPoint is needed.
- Experience in Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent is a plus.
- Required Skill(s): Excellent communication skills, Energetic, Professional, and Friendly Demeanor.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Schedule:
- Monday - Saturday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Including Public Holidays fall on Monday-Saturday
