Online Sales Executive Job Descriptions
Requirements
- Able to join immediately
- Can work 6 days a week
- At least 2 years experiences working with Lazada and Shopee Seller
- Diploma / Degree graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Work to be done promote, sell and receiving orders from online customers for Lazada and Shopee
- Monitoring customer feedback, provide solution and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfactions
- Upload new product to online sales website, and ensure product prices is updated
- Monitor sales performance
- Generate sales report, out of stock report and top selling product report every month
- Ability to work independently
- Good personality with a focus on excellence in customer service
- Have self-confidence and can actively interact with all relevant parties
- Good communication starts and have interpersonal skills
