TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE (WORK FROM HOME) Job Descriptions
RESPONSIBILITY
- Contact existing and potential customers by telephone and email
- In charge of outbound cold calling and appointment setting for healthcare services
- Provide an overview and upsell the products and services
- Maintain and develop a good relationship with existing and potential customers
- Contribute and achieve the department group target set by the organization
- Handle sales, products & services inquiries
REQUIREMENT(s):-
- EXCELLENT command of English (spoken & written), Mandarin is an added advantage
- Preferably with 1 year of customer service/telemarketing experience in a contact center
- Strong Communication Skill and able to Multi-Task
- Preferably with Diploma in Nursing
- SPM holder will be considered
- Dynamic, energetic & result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skill
- MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
- MUST BE WILLING TO BE BASED IN SECTION 13, PETALING JAYA, IF REQUIRED
- MUST ATTEND 1 WEEK OF TRAINING
- MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH OWN LAPTOP, HEADSET & STABLE BROADBAND CONNECTION
