Job Description:

• Working with the team to generate impactful content that will provide quality leads -Curating relevant content to position the company as a thought-leader in the MAdTech industry
• As a Writer you will be responsible for generating and delivering innovative ideas for content while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
• Write easy-to-understand product user guide and online help
• Create tutorials to help end-user use a variety of features in the product.
• Analyse potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
• Write or revise supporting content for products.
• Create and maintain the information architecture.
• Collect user feedback to update and improve the content

Job Requirements:

•  Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, English language, Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation.
•  Interest in Content Marketing and/or Digital Marketing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Paying attention to detail.
• You don't need to be an expert on data, but the ability to understand key content marketing metrics is an advantage.

•  Knowledge and experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, ability to quickly learn new software

• Passionate for customer-centric storytelling with a clear vision and the ability to propose a strong POV that engages our customers and brings appreciation for a range of viewpoints.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
• Required to have knowledge, organizing, creative, and research skills.
• Excellent written, verbal skills in English. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in an international environment.
• Duration of 3 months or 6 months.
• CGPA: 2.5 and above
• One thing for sure, you’re a tech savvy and you like to write!
