Senior HR Executive Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment and selection process to attract, recruit and retain the talents.
  • Advertises job openings, screens applicants by checking background and references, interview applicants and selects the most suitable match.
  • Apply A- Z of hiring procedure and follow up till the candidates gets confirmed.
  • Ensure all newly hired employees are properly on-boarded and aware of company profile, handbook, and company culture.
  • Provide strong support to the smooth running and operations of all HR and administrative matters to improve the overall efficiency and productivity for the company.
  • Ensure all records related to HR and people are adequately stored and updated in the system each time there is a new recruit.
  • Conduct exit interviews to understand the reasons for employee’s termination of contract.
  • Work with HR Manager to analyse, design, provide guidance and review training needs to support employee development, language training and health and safety programs.
  • Control and manage training expenses and the training programs.
  • Understand clearly the company’s organisation chart, all job descriptions, job groups, remuneration and benefits.
  • Conduct surveys periodically to benchmark the compensation, benefits and recognition programs, and make recommendations to the company Leadership team for improvement.
  • Manage, document, monitor and review all company's HR payroll, policies, benefits, reporting & procedures and other relevant matters.
  • Ensure all the related reports and documentation are well organised and filed accordingly.
  • Provide strong support to the smooth running and operations of all HR and administrative matter to improve the overall efficiency and productivity for the company.
  • Manage the full set of payrolls (included, salaries and statutory payment) for the organisation andensure all the payments are made on time and avoid unnecessary late payment costs
  • Ensure that the compensation and benefits policies are competitive versus market place and compliance with law and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate company events (internal- Annual dinner, Company trip and etc)
  • Ensure and managing all company’s critical documents eg. contracts, manuals, business, operation and vehicles’ license etc. are updated, processed and well filing
  • Plan and manage all office maintenance repair and installation activities, this include handling company despatch and cleaner.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office by answering phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Human Resources Management
  • 5 years of working experience as HR Executive
  • Superior interpersonal skills and excellent communication skill
  • Demonstrate superior team leadership skills
  • Highly organized and attention to details oriented
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Competency in Information, Communications and Technology
  • Budget management experience
  • Deep knowledge of Malaysia labour laws and regulations
  • Good computer literacy
  • Good in time management
