About the Job
In line for our business expansion, we are invited candidate with 5 years of QA/QC lubricant industry (motor/car oil) working experience to apply the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist in ensuring manufactured products meet set standards of quality, reliability and performance.
- Provide technical support, product information & applications to internal and external parties.
- Set and enforce standards for health and safety during work operations
- Assist in planning, organizing and implementation of QC/QA & laboratory operations in an organized and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with production in setting and implementing internal/ external quality requirements to ensure manufactured products meet customer expectations.
- Supervised QC/QA team and provide guidance to ensure they perform their duties in line with established quality procedures.
- Review existing quality process to identify and devise solutions for improvement or upgrade.
- Communicate and liaise with external parties such as customers, external labs, suppliers on related product quality & services.
- Provide training to co-worker on required SOPs, technical & safety requirements.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge, current trends in lubricant and related areas & provide technical guidance/ training to co-workers & clients.
- Assist in product development, testing and provide technical support.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in majoring Science, Chemistry.
- Must process at least 5 years of working experiences in lubricant industry with advance knowledge in formulation, product development, industrial standard, regulations & practices.
- Hands on experience in analytical instruments, testing techniques & equipment is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Possess good presentation skill, highly motivated & able to work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Words & Power Point.
- Willing to travel.
