[Requirements]

• Applicants with min SPM level qualification

• Fresh Grads are welcome (no experience required)

• Proficient in Bahasa & English (Speak, Read & Type)

• Able to work on 24 hours rotational shift (9 hours per shift and 6 days per week - including working on weekends and public holidays)

• Able to start work in April 2021

• Handling inbound calls and emails related to customers inquiries, comments, feedback and other issues.

• Provide accurate information and able to handle any feedback and complaints professionally to exceed customer’s expectation
