IT SUPPORT Job Descriptions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining IT system and networks.
• Provide technical assistance and support for all queries and issues related to computer system and software
• Assist in all operational issue in the IT Department
• Design, develop, program, test and implement computer programs, software and system.
• Accomplish software requirements by developing and maintaining application and databases.
• Produce good IT documentations.
• Enforce IT policies and procedures
• Any ad-hoc duties when assigned.
