HR Executive Job Descriptions
To maintain a flexible daily cleaning schedule of all internal/external working areas.
Ensure that identified key working areas receive priority in the schedule
Check on a daily basis that all areas are cleaned to satisfactory standard and cleaning logs are completed for each work station
Maintain cleaning staff attendance logs and timesheet for submission to the clients.
To monitor stocks of cleaning equipment and material in order that orders can be placed on a timely basis.
Undertake any additional cleaning duties as directed by clients.
- To ensure that all health & safety procedures are followed.
- To attend any event from clients. (meeting, training, etc).
