Treatment Planning Doctor Job Descriptions
The Treatment Planning doctor is an internal dentist of Zenyum TP department. This department consists of dentists and orthodontists. The TP doctor is assisted by dental technicians who have been trained in our proprietary treatment planning protocols. The TP doctor will be in charge of the review of clear aligners cases all over South East Asia, the assessment of the treatment plan, the communication with treating Doctors and the internal communication team. The TP doctor will report directly to the TP team leader.
Responsibilities
- Daily plan & review clear aligners cases.
- Ensure all cases globally are processed within a 24 hour SLA.
- Ensure the communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with co-colleagues to develop a high-performance team in Vietnam and within SEA.
Requirements
- English spoken
- Full-time position
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or higher
- 3-6 years experience as a practicing clinician
- Interest in Orthodontics - clear aligners in particular
- Excellent communication skills
- Humble and adaptable
