Store Assistant / Clerk Job Descriptions
- Melakukan tugasan kemasukan data termasuk menyediakan dan merekod semua laporan berkaitan parts.
- Menyediakan dokumen (menaip, mengedarkan, fotokopi, dll) dan melakukan tugasan fail dokumen.
- Mengikut serta dalam tugasan kiraan bulanan/kiraan pengambilan stok inventori untuk memastikan ketepatan antara kiraan secara fizikal dengan kiraan sistem EAM.
- Mengikut serta dalam tugasan kiraan mingguan/kiraan pengambilan stok untuk barang bernilai tinggi.
- Bertanggungjawab terhadap kebersihan dan keselamatan di kawasan kerja dengan memastikan stor sentiasa kemas dan teratur dan melakukan kerja-kerja pembersihan secara berkala.
- Melakukan tugasan lain seperti yang diarahkan secara ad-hoc dari semasa ke semasa.
KELAYAKAN UNTUK MEMOHON
- Mempunyai pengalaman kerja berkaitan sekurang-kurangnya 3 tahun.
- Sekurang-kurangnya lepasan SPM.
- Mahir menggunakan komputer.
- Boleh bekerja didalam kumpulan.
