Senior Sales & Marketing Executive (6 month basis) Job Descriptions
A. Background and Objective:
-The Senior Sales & Marketing Executive’s role is to plan, coordinate & execute the advertising and promotional campaigns such as events, online media, social media including assisting in overseeing production of marketing materials
-To Conceptualise, design and develop sales & marketing strategies together with the Sales Manager
B. Scope of Works:
Responsibilities
-Contribute effectively to the marketing team and readily to provide marketing and administrative support for other department and related companies as needed
-Analyse trends and campaign performances to formulate strategic sales pitches
-Attend to all prospect at sales galleries, property exhibition, roadshows, events and etc.
-Actively source for new leads and prospects for sales closure.
-Follow up for SPA signing, loan agreement and payment collection.
-Attend to customer queries and resolve complaints.
-To assist in marketing activities and to perform related work as assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Property or related industry.
Full-Time & Temporary (6 month basis) position(s) available.
