Operator Pengeluaran (Urgent Position) Job Descriptions
Memastikan semua aktiviti pengeluaran di kawasan pengadunan, pembungkusan dan penyimpanan dilaksanakan tepat pada masanya, dengan kecekapan optimum pada tahap kualiti yang dapat diterima.
· Pengepaman minyak asas, penimbangan bahan tambahan, pengadunan produk
· Pembungkusan barang ke dalam kotak / ton.
· Mengendalikan pam, motor, injap kawalan.
· Siapkan dan kendalikan mesin pengisian, mesin penyegel kadbod, pengekod kadbod, timbang periksa, mesin pelabelan, ubah alat untuk mesin SERAC.
· Lakukan pembungkusan manual untuk botol barang jadi ke dalam kadbod dan susun palet kadbod.
· Lakukan pembungkusan minyak manual dari drum atau IBC ke dalam botol.
· Lakukan aktiviti menyimpan seperti memasukkan bahan pembungkusan ke dalam barisan pengeluaran, menerima bahan mentah dari pembekal dan memuat barang.
Kelayakan:
· Sekurang-kurangan tamat sekolah menengah.
· Satu tahun pengalaman bekerja di kilang.
