Head of Operation

About this role:

You will be reporting to the company Director. For this role, you are responsible to oversee & manage heads including IT, marketing, sales, customer support, HR etc. You will also act as a “bridge” for smooth and clear communication in transmitting instructions and information to other colleagues, departments for successful job completion.

Job Responsibilities:

● Contribute knowledge and ideas to further improve and enhance existing processes or implement new ideas in order to improve the company operation and business.

● Update, review, and release the management dictionary. Implementation of operation or operation requirements issued by the Director.

● Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues.

● Assist in talent development projects and oversee the workflow and progress of the HR department.

● Responsible for development and implementation of annual operating and capital budgets; staffing and development programme.

● Drive and coordinate strategy management across the organization including planning, tracking, reporting, and analysis for key performance levers.

Job Requirements:

● Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

● Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.

● Required language(s): English & Mandarin.

● Knowledge in Human Resources management is a nice-to-have.

● Self-directed and able to work with minimal oversight on key issues.

● Multitasker and critical thinker with strong analytical skills .

● Growth mindset, independent, disciplined, leadership qualities.
