Responsibilities
· Define and plan modernization of the frontend tech stack.
· Lead and manage a chapter of frontend engineers.
· Drive the progress of the product and technical roadmap.
· Set the technical standard for the team.
· Grow your team into independent, autonomous engineers.
· Hold regular one-on-ones with all members of your team.
Requirements
4 years experience in a leadership role with current technical expertise.
50% hands-on coding and 50% team management
Have set KPI’s/OKR’s with subordinates/team before
Have managed remote team before (the current team is 99% in Vietnam)
Experience building large-scale web applications.
Proficient in web technologies: ES6+, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience in React or Vue.
Familiarity with the concept of Performance Engineering in the context of the web is a plus.
