Digital Marketing Executive

We are launching our new office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where you will be working closely with a global team of graphic-, web- designers, video editor, social media manager and creative directors. Responsibilities:

• ·       Collaborate with a cross functional team and contribute to the creative process in conceptualising and developing digital marketing plans that is engaging and provides value to clients.
• ·       Manage, monitor, review and report on all digital marketing activities, projects and results.
• ·       Ensure that brand guidelines, tone of voice and values of our clients are reflected throughout digital platforms
• ·       Grow our clients audiences by developing a social presence that stands out among the noise
• ·       Execute, and update digital marketing plans in collaboration with teammates. This will involve development of both planned and ad-hoc content, publishing, facilitation of promotional activities on social media and other digital platforms
• ·       Work closely with the whole team to define creative assets (graphics, video clips, photos, etc) that will support the client’s objectives
• ·       Plan content creation well in advance and coordinate with external parties (eg identifying guest to interview)
• ·       Monitor and report performance of published social content and community interactions. This includes routine response and promo management.
• ·       Developing new and creative digital marketing plans and tactics
• ·       Provide ideas on new tools to create better work and work more efficiently.

The successful applicant has:

• Good proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a must
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You are comfortable with data analysis and are able to use data to make decisions and tell a story
• Bachelor’s in a related field, or significantly equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years work experience in digital marketing content creation/management.
• Experience with creative ad testing and optimization
• Good knowledge of paid advertising channels such as Google Ads, social media ads, etc.
• In depth knowledge of Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and all aspects of Digital Marketing
• Strong organizational and project management skills to lead digital marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and a supportive team member with leadership qualities
• A keen learner with an open mind for new challenges. You are willing to bring new ideas to the table and take ownership to drive these ideas.
• Having an established social media profile is a plus!
