Account Executive Job Descriptions
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial report for a few companies
- Key in all transaction in IFCA
- Monitor payment to subcontractors/suppliers/other
- Update cashflow for projects
- Liaise with IFCA if there is problem
- To monitor/ supervise account assistant
- Issue invoice as and when required
- To assist tender team as and when required
