Digital Solutions, operating under the Kiple brand, provides digital and financial services targeted at consumers and SME needs. Our services range from payment gateway to social selling solutions and e-wallets to serve community needs.

Digital Platforms, encompassing enterprise solutions, cloud solutions and data centre, and operating under the Green Packet brand, provides platform, infrastructure and solutions to large enterprises and government clients, such as customised wallet-as-a-service (WAAS) and platform-as-a-service (PAAS). On the back of a 10-year agreement with China’s Tencent Cloud, we will roll out cloud services such as managed services, security services, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS in Malaysia. NGT Communications, which wholesales roaming voice minutes and data, is expanding into application-to-person (A2P) messaging and data centre wholesale as part of its growth strategy.


Smart Devices business focuses on 4G and 5G Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) that provides high-speed connections to handle households and enterprises entertainment and work connectivity needs.
Smart City & Urban Tech division provides bespoke property technology solutions that brings property management and residents onto a single platform. Together with our associate company, G3 Global, this unit will also be spearheading the development of Malaysia and Asean’s first artificial intelligence (AI) park including hyperscale data centres as a core component.

Complementary to this, two strategic investment arms have been established: KipleX, an early-stage venture lab designed to support and incubate local entrepreneurs and start-ups, and Green Packet Capital, a private equity fund vehicle that focuses on late-stage investment into companies that require capital and capacity to scale further.
